Entrevista para Gay Mexico sobre el próximo Taller SEXPIRIT en México

Entrevista con David Chávez, facilitador del taller Sexpirit, te invitamos a que descubras este reto, disfruta de la entrevista que Gay México ha realizado a este joven Mexicano, que destaca con su visión innovadora al realiza talleres y conferencias en Europa y Norte América.

Aprovechando las bondades que la tecnología del s XXI nos aporta, hemos realizado esta entrevista a  través de Skype, David nos recibe amablemente y de manera  informal en su estudio en Bruselas , Bélgica, , cómodamente sentado en su sofá, frente a la pantalla y con un aire relajado que refleja una profunda paz interior, David nos invita a comenzar con la entrevista:

GM: Hola David, gracias por recibirnos el día de hoy, para comenzar nos gustaría que nos platicaras un poco sobre ti, quien es David Chávez y que es lo que haces…

David: El día de hoy hago lo que hace siete años me parecía una utopía, como todo facilitador de algún proceso lo que ahora comparto, facilito y enseño es aquello que en algún momento de mi vida percibía como un desafío, el aceptar mi sensualidad, mis impulsos eróticos y mi sexualidad e integrarlos al mismo tiempo con mi espiritualidad.  Descubrí que el impulso natural de contacto físico, de compartir nuestro cuerpo, y  de fluir con  nuestros instintos, se pueden transformar en una puerta increíble para encontrarnos con nuestra espiritualidad, y tomar conciencia de todo lo que somos, y nuestra unidad con el universo.

El descubrimiento de quien realmente somos y de las infinitas posibilidades de ser y vivir, han inflamado mi pasión para crear y abrir espacios que me permitan compartir con otros hombres en Europa y en México, a través de sesiones individuales o talleres grupales, la integración de nuestra sexualidad y espiritualidad, la unificación de lo que somos, y gozar de la experiencia divina de vivir en armonía y unidad con todo lo que existe...

GM: Vas a ofrecer un taller para hombres en san Miguel de Allende en septiembre próximo, se llama Sexpirit, que es?, de que se trata el taller?  

                                                          

David: Tendremos nuestra primera experiencia en  San Miguel de Allende del 19 al 21 de septiembre, próximo,será nuestro quinto  taller  en México. Para la realización de este evento hemos seleccionado un lugar mágico,  a diez minutos de san Miguel, rodeados de naturaleza, el hotel Boutique  SAGRADA. El formato de nuestro taller es vivencial, es decir viviremos en carne propia, experimentaremos en una comunidad de hombres con inquietudes afines, ejercicios que nos permitan integrar nuestra sexualidad con nuestra espíritu, trabajaremos para llevar a nuestra sexualidad a ese lugar de luz, de conciencia, ahí donde hemos aprendido que se encuentra nuestro espiritualidad  o divinidad.

En nuestra cultura no tenemos reparo alguno en hablar o exponer libremente nuestros deseos sobre nuestra espiritualidad, en cambio existe normalmente una resistencia a expresar libremente y sin vergüenza nuestros deseos e impulsos eróticos y sexuales. Nuestra sexualidad ha sido por mucho tiempo expuesta como algo sucio y obscuro, algo que debemos esconder, sin darnos cuenta de que es ahí,  precisamente en esta parte donde existe un enorme potencial de libertad y de integración con todo nuestro ser, y nuestro corazón., el alma y nuestro cuerpo son uno, no son  ni realidades ni experiencias separadas. 

GM: Porque sexo y espíritu? 

David: Esto es porque a través de nuestras creencias religiosas y culturales, en Occidente y de manera especial en nuestra cultura latina, el sexo y la divinidad son realidades que se contraponen. Como sociedad hemos "internalizado y  adoptado como nuestro"" este conflicto entre espiritualidad y el sexo, lo vemos claramente reflejado en nuestras estructuras sociales y religiosas, que condenan al sexo o lo reducen a un mero intercambió genital.  El sexo y la energía erótica representan  el goce de haber encarnado, tenemos todos un cuerpo que es nuestro vehículo para vivir esta experiencia de ser un espíritu encarnado, te invito  a descubrirla y compartirla con nosotros!!!

GM: Gracias por la invitación, será un placer acompañarlos y descubrir con ustedes  lo que tienes para ofrecer a nuestra comunidad. Hacia quien está dirigido este taller?

David: Hombres de cualquier orientación sexual que estén abiertos a descubrir y compartir con un grupo de exploradores el potencial de nuestro cuerpo para hacerlo comulgar con nuestra espíritu en un espacio seguro que hemos creado para tal efecto dentro del taller. Es necesario estar abierto a experimentar la desnudez y el contacto físico con otros hombres. 

GM: Puedo venir solo o es necesario participar con pareja?  

David: Puedes venir sólo. 

No es necesario participar con tu media naranja, pero si así deciden  hacerlo pueden  escoger en cuales ejercicios quieres realizar  solo con tu pareja.

Habrá ciertos ejercicios donde  se asignaran parejas de manera aleatoria para hacer tu experiencia más rica y variada.

GM: Qué diferencia hay entre los talleres que se dan en Europa y los que se ofrecen en México?

David: No hay mucha diferencia solo que el enfoque es un poco distinto pues en Europa la sexualidad es algo que se acepta más naturalmente al menos en los países del norte sin embargo el miedo aflora al momento de conectar el corazón con la sexualidad ya que culturalmente  en estos países  , no están habituados a abrirse de corazón o emocionalmente.

En México por el contrario es más el pudor y la vergüenza sobre el cuerpo y la sexualidad que generan  miedo y desconfianza,  puesto que estamos acostumbrados  a ciertas creencias religiosas, donde hemos aceptado este candado.

GM: Cual son los beneficios reales que puedo obtener al participar en este taller?

David: Es difícil enumerar todos los beneficios puesto que cada hombre es un universo y la experiencia es muy personal, pero dentro de lo que muchos hombres experimentan serian:

 Una mayor aceptación de tu propio cuerpo

Una sensación de unidad con los demás

Liberarse de prejuicios

Descubrir el cuerpo y su placer más allá de los confines habituales.

Mayor confianza en sí mismo

Mayor apertura del corazón y expandir la visión de la vida.

Una integración pacífica y absoluta, el por fin lograr que nuestra sexualidad y nuestra espiritualidad sean una en nosotros mismos, y permitir que aflore lo hermoso que esta unificación trae como resultado en nuestras vidas cotidianas. 

GM: Como se desarrolla este taller, porque la desnudez?  Es esta obligatoria?

David: Como cualquier actividad, el taller es progresivo y las actividades se van entrelazando para preparar a los participantes a ciertos momentos clave, pero preferimos no dar todos los detalles para que así la mente no empiece a formarse ideas, expectativas o prejuicios  sobre lo que puede suceder.

La desnudez es  simplemente forma  parte de los rituales y nunca sucede de un solo golpe. La desnudez delante  de otros hombres nos libera de miedos, la vergüenza y la comparación no tiene cabida en este taller, todos somos diferentes y somos perfectos como somos, queremos con los ojos abiertos realmente celebrar la diversidad de esta creación y de estos cuerpos. La relativa vulnerabilidad de la desnudez nos ayuda a relajar el ego y a descubrirnos con nuevos ojos.

Creo importante hacer saber a la gente que todo lo que realizáremos en el taller es seguro, y NO IMPLICA DE MANERA ALGUNA NINGUN TIPO DE RELACION SEXUAL, tus límites siempre serán siempre respetados y tú puedes decidir libremente si en alguna actividad no te sientes cómodo y decides no participar.

GM;-. Que le puedes comentar a las personas que tengan  interés en participar, pero que les de miedo por su edad, aspecto físico, tu sabes que no se sientan sexys, o súper guapos, o que tengan miedo de que vayan a tener una erección en medio del taller….

 

David: Como decía antes, todos son bienvenidos la edad y el físico no tiene importancia,  esto no es un sitio de ligue ,  sino un lugar donde verdaderamente venimos a encontrarnos, a descubrirnos auténticamente como somos, sin tapujos., y a experimentar la tremenda paz  que este procesó trae consigo mismo. Nuestros cuerpos  y sus reacciones, como pueden ser una erección son hermosos tal y como son, y las celebramos!  Sin embargo no es ningún requisito tener o no tener erecciones para participar, así como ningún desempeño sexual .el descubrir esto sin el ruido que nuestra mente genera nos conduce a una experiencia de integración y paz, que es justamente de lo que se trata este taller. Venimos a celebrar nuestra encarnación en estos cuerpos!!!

 

GM: Como se maneja la cuestión de la seguridad, higiene y privacidad.

 David: La verdad estamos felices de que hablen de lo que hacemos con sus amigos y de la experiencia que han tenido sin embargo al principio de cada taller en el grupo, nos comprometemos todos a no dar detalles que puedan delatar la identidad de quienes participamos a menos que alguien indique específicamente lo contrario. Por otro lado nunca hemos tenido alguna situación desagradable.

Las reglas de higiene y seguridad se hacen claras al principio de cada taller y si es necesario proveemos de cualquier material necesario para que esto se asegure.

 GM: Algo más que desees agregar David?

David: Pues solo que esperamos tenerlos por ahí y formar un grupo internacional, esperamos gente de Europa y USA así que será divertido hacer un taller con tanta diversidad en México me emociona ya la energía del grupo que formaremos todos juntos. Love Temple Frankfurt 2014

It was again amazing to spend 10 days with David and take a bath together in this energy that we both feel home in.

In this place where we know we are souls having an experience in this body, we know we are just passengers on a journey, having an experience of living, an experience of the body and the senses.
So i enjoyed very much this remembering after a personal difficult time.

From this place of enjoying the senses and our divinity we started the Love Temple in Frankfurt.
Allowing was the center Topic in my point of view, allowing our eternal wisdom and our newest gifts to speak and celebrate and also allowing the participants their process and inviting everybody to allow their journey to open and celebrate their incarnation.
As we just came back from the Sound healing workshop TANTRIC SOUNDS we offered a lot of Sound exercises and the effects were deeply healing and transformative.
Since many years the chanting of Mantras have liftet my Should very much, so i offered several Sessions of mantra Chanting during these days.
The Saturday Night Ritual was very juicy and powerful, we truly  entered the deep journey of first being with the heart center in several ways for some time and in several ways and from there to travel into very powerful sex states and from there into fine spiritual realms and  crazy toning moments and let it all expand as far as everybody can take it.
All men felt safe and taken care of at any moment and at the same time challenged and deeply touched :-)

I Love this way of being together and share the moment and all our wisdom.
It was Number five (5 in numerology relates to the physical body) of these Kind of Workshops with me and David.
We started as the „Golden Love Temple“, now changed to „The Love Temple“ only and now it is time for a completely new and free Name. The Baby is fully born and incarnated since this time.
Temple, Love and Golden can sound scary and religious or crazy spiritual for some men and that is not were we aim.
We aim for a Place were we all feel amazing, safe, welcome, taken care of, a place were we can share our gifts and receive the gifts of the others.
I Love to see men getting a glimpse of who we really are and how powerful we are and supporting them to let this part grow.
I am full of gratitude to be a part of this offering in form of a workshop.

Spirit, heart, body and sex no more separation !

We are just back from our Tantric Sound workshop and our bodies are still resonating with the soul songs and the deep transformative frequencies that were created by all of us. I am now feeling ready and excited to receive you with Thorsten Devadasi Sheranius in our Love Temple and it feels already like is going to be a deep dive into the physical body and a high spiritual experience, becoming really the bridge, no more separation, Spirit, Heart, Body, Sex are just one.

Workshop: Golden Love Temple 2013

The Golden Love Temple Cologne was very special, intense, easy, fluid, healing and playful.

It was challenging and healing for the Participants and it was easy and intense for us.

David and me adjusted the exercises from moment to moment, so we tried to surrender completely to the Group Energy and where it wants to go, in that way it became easier as we were not wasting any energy for any fight but just followed the flow.

For the men it was challenging and healing :-)
The golden Love Temple is like an extension of our work as Erotic Healers, just like a Session of Erotic Healing that has a duration of 2,5 days and a much bigger Energy Field as every man brings energy to the Group his own gifts and special needs.

On the first evening we made everybody aware that it is a special Energy Field that we are creating together, it has powerful qualities for healing and transformation or unfolding of topics that are blocked or repressed in some way.

So the men dared to open their heart and ask for healing and transformation. They got it from each other and from us, the exercises and the Spirits and beings we are inviting to the Love Temple.

In this Workshop we dare to show our most spiritual side, the side that often times is misunderstood or hurt, we dare to being connection with Spirits, our Souls and Hearts and the gifts for this daring are coming to the group.

Somehow i thought this Temple that on a certain Level only a gay man can heal and understand a gay man. How could a Terapist or Healer that did not went through the same ways offer the Healing?

I was very blessed to see how everybody in the group cared for each other and was very aware, soft and respectful with each other.

Actually the exercises dod not seem so intense but the divine put the couples together in a way that brought a lot of healing and transformation to everybody.
The air was electric and sparkling.

"One Participant said he was visiting several Escorts to find Help for his Topics and they could not help him at all with David and Thorsten i finally found what i was looking for"

Several men said that "every man in the Group was so important for the Process that if 1 man would miss it would not be the same at all."

The Program  mightsounds for softies, but actually it is the most intense Workshop I am leading.
What could be more intense then opening up to the divine :-) for a Weekend with a Group of gay men, or maybe for a Lifetime.

So i would say:
Dare to pray, dare to be gay, dare to be Erotic, dare to open your Heart, dare to show your Tears. dare to show your spiritual Essence, dare to breathe and be exstatic.

In the other room of the venue there was a "Klangreise" / Sound Healing Journey by .......

So when i was lying there i thought i heard my own voice two days ago:
"Relax, breathe, i want you to feel safe, i want you to open up for healing, i will Channel the Sounds that want to come and heal you, it might feel intense but just trust the divine. You can invite your Helpers, your Angels, God, Jesus, Maria, whatevery feels all right for you..
Open up to let go of what you do not need anymore

AND THEN
Sound bowls and Gongs that feel like ROLLER COASTER, ROLLER COASTER, ROLLER COASTER.
INTENSE INTENSE INTENSE
It felt as a Shamanic Ritual from Amazonas ;-)
One man told me he was traveling these tubes as in Star wars the Warp Tunnel.
I got deep healing and ended up in a Past Life in middle ages where they tortured me to death violently, maybe because of my Rituals and Witchcraft?
Who knows.

After a wild ride a long silence.
Then a sweet voice: "Gently come back, move arms and legs, hug yourself, Love yourself, stretch, breathe, feel comfortable."

It felt as our Workshop in a short intense version :-)

To me it felt as the Spirits and guides of the golden Love Temple worked with me after the intense weekend through this amazing women.

Lo mas refrescante e importante de abrir este espacio y campo energético de sanción al que todos los participantes y facilitadores acudimos, es la facilidad con lo que todo se ordena para ese propósito cuando las puertas se abren a fluir. Este ultimo grupo, diverso y heterogéneo como ningún otro, fue para mi una muestra de que cada uno de nosotros somos un espejo de aspectos de nosotros mismos con los que estamos ya sea en armonía o en conflicto. Si bien el conflicto puede expresarse también en este espacio dejamos a un lado la ilusión del espejo para entre todos entender que el otro solo nos esta mostrando este aspecto de lo que nos gusta o nos disgusta. Detrás del cuerpo con el que hemos escogido venir a encarnar, el desgaste que este ha tenido por el paso del tiempo y detrás del papel con el que nos movemos en esta estructura social y cultural fue obvio que nos comunicamos a través del corazón y para mi el corazón es el portal de comunicación del alma, que teniendo tanto valor el uno como el otro nos ayuda a ver mas allá de la dualidad y ver realmente detrás de nuestras percepciones iniciales filtradas por la mente al llegar a algún grupo.

Pero que es el corazón a fin de cuentas hablamos tanto de este lugar, energía, órgano o algo parecido pero como se lo explico a alguien ajeno totalmente cuando fue la ultima vez que le pudo suceder a alguien como lo puedo reconocer. Yo diría que es esa respuesta que no encontramos en la mente en el dialogo interno eterno tirando para un lado o el opuesto. Es ese sentimiento ligero, de certeza y bienestar de las cosas donde ya no hay dialogo, donde podemos soltar la duda y si ponemos atención incluso hasta podríamos sonreír por nada. Muy probablemente lo mas cercano a este sentimiento para cualquier persona seria el estar enamorado pues la actividad mental y el juicio paran porque el corazón como centro energético se abre y se percibe la realidad a través de este centro. Donde, como decía antes, seria como mirar con los ojos del alma, a través de los ojos de la propia fuente divina o de la propia divinidad de el Yo divino o creador donde toda la creación es perfecta incluso aquello que con la mente percibiríamos en otras ocasiones como malo, feo o no deseable podemos entonces percibir la neutralidad y la belleza de todo lo creado, vemos la vida de color de rosa.

Para mi en este universo perfecto todos creamos aquello que necesitamos y deseamos vivir incluso aunque no lo creamos o estemos consciente de ello conscientemente, lo que yo y Thorsten ofrecemos este espacio y lo que hacemos dentro y la transformación que sucede, sucede porque otras conciencias se han enfocado en el deseo común a nosotros de que esto sea creado y entonces sucede.

Por otro lado la frase que usó Thorsten “traer a la Luz el Sexo ahí donde esta la Espiritualidad esta” para sintetizar la vocación del espacio del taller es precisamente  es decir también traerlo al mismo nivel, al mismo lugar, al mismo espacio, sin separación. No es porque al sexo le falte luz de por si sino porque ahí lo hemos puesto en la obscuridad y en lo escondido, debajo de las sabanas, en las luces apagadas, en los cuartos oscuros, en los sótanos de edificios y todavía mas si el sexo es entre hombres.

Gracias de todo corazón a todos los participantes en este taller a los que participaron a través de su cuerpo físico y a todos las conciencias que co-crearon este espacio en el Universo no físico. Gracias por su amor y su coraje para traer a la Luz lo que estaba escondido.

A celebration of the Sacred Feminine at the Golden Retreat (Orval, BE)

As usual as we entered into the energy field that we, the participants, created for the workshop there is a big question mark that surrounds the details of what is about to happen to all of us particularly and as a whole.

My mind was wondering for a few weeks now about the reason for having so few participants this time, was it something practical like the dates? Or maybe even the location that required a bit more logistics than the usual airport-to-venue? I was very uncomfortable as all this pushed some self-doubt buttons as well.

The Magic of 7

With still some struggle in my mind I knew I could trust and let go. I felt when connecting to the moment of the workshop that there was an immense light feeling (which I generally feel as Love) coming out of it and we all felt expanded and at ease. So on the day of the workshop itself and as the energy of the Temple settled-in the reasons for this “petit comité” started to come to surface. We were only 7, this number has a vibration to create and empower whatever it touches as it deals with the activation of imagination and manifesting results in our lives through the use of conscious thought and awareness.

The Alchemy of Sex

When I talk about the Temple energetically, it means the container formed by the main intention of the workshop, intended beforehand which works as a call, plus the addition of the individual intentions and energy of each participant. Physically, it is of course the room where the workshop takes place and indeed it has let’s say, its own energetic mix or dynamics. It turned out that in this very room Sex was never experienced with the deepness and intensity as we do in our workshops furthermore linking it to Spirituality as part of the same reality, leaving the illusion of separation aside. 

Alchemy is popularly seen as the process of transmutation and transformation of lead into gold, of a poor valued metal into a precious one. Nevertheless, when we talk about personal alchemy we talk about transmuting the loveless, powerless, obscured or diminished parts of our beings weather mental emotional or physical energy integrating them into the realization of our own divinity that illuminates everything we are. This illumination sets a greater scope to the view of our own life and circumstances and gives perspective to our human situation or challenges so we can freely act upon them. Becoming free.

In this manner, all of who we are becomes aware that we are the divine creators of our human experience and that the reference for our own lives exists only in ourselves. In other words, matter seen as our physical body, our humanity a more dense form of energy meets equally and unbiased its own divine-self and becomes aware of its unity which empowers our creator-ship. We are right now creating the life we are having.

The Celebration of the Sacred Feminine

Suppressed for a long time and in a myriad of ways primarily to cut off the creative power of human kind. The feminine power can be seen as a dark ocean, an abyss of the unknown where people who adventure to enter do not know if the would even make it to the other side. Symbolically, in this immense body of water we find our emotions, our deepest fears, the great power of sex and the resourcefulness of silence, receptivity and quietness. Lust for life and source of life on this Earth. This feminine quality is not directly connected to a gender but to a quality of being found in men and women.

The obscurity related to the feminine is mainly caused by religions who have forced her into oblivion so it so we fear our own resources and gave away our power to create all of our experiences in life. Within the womb of this archetypical Cosmic Mother lays all what is about to be manifested all what is yet to come into light into the Cosmic Father or Male divine principle to actually create manifestation on this Earth plane. 

Amongst of all participants, feminine aspects, relationship to our mother, our sexuality, our animal nature, etc. came up to be transformed, to lift off the patriarchal imbalance, their masks of drama and pain fading away. If not at once, it opened the gates of consciousness for it to happen. As we went on in this process, the energy group called in   to plunge deeper into the waters of the matter, our shameless empowered sexuality.

We started then a ritual, which I will not describe in detail but in its energetic process; after building up enough sexual energy we directed it to the higher energy centers, all of us at the same time with the call of our individual divine spark or celestial soul intending with us. At the end of it, a great ejaculation from our throat (fifth chakra) took place merging the previous female energy build up in the lower part of our bodies with our own male active principle, bridging in a very tangible way the spiritual and material realms of our being, allowing if for some time living a non-dualistic experience in our body.

Of course the individual experience of this ritual stays a very personal one. Nevertheless, for me is always amazing the ways inner knowing can take us, even if for the mind most of the times it does not make sense, after the path has been walked we realize that all those step stones along the way had a deeper meaning and a reason in a wider perspective which is not obvious to the immediately. The same case applies to our lives when we are driven by the gentle directive force of our Sacred Feminine energy, our inner knowing or intuition, so stop and listen from time to time to make sure that you are not missing any opportunity to actually love yourself more.

PLAYFUL EROS made the men happy, horny, playful and relaxed.

For the first time i combined all the exercises that inspired me most on my erotic and spiritual path.
The different ingredients and spices gave birth to a delicious experience.
The men discovered their natural desires and inner animals and also shared deep spiritual Moments with each other.

One man said that he enjoyed deeply the shameless space where you can play with your body and other men as you wish and desire from Moment to Moment.
In his eyes this is only possible because the Space feels very protected and safe.

Another man shared that he uses this kind of group experiences when he can`t sleep at home, he reconnects in his body to that warm and protected feeling that he had with the group. Then he sleeps like a Baby.Another man wanted to take the whole group home.

My personal peak moment was a RITUAL on Sunday morning that allowed a nude group of men to explore each other with all our senses.
Seeing, tasting, hearing, touching, smelling everybody as close and deep as you wish, reconnecting to the joy of animals or playing children.

It felt like a crazy Ceremony of SACRED SEXUALITY in a LOVE TEMPLE.

That is how i want to celebrate every Sunday morning from now on.

Last weekend "The Golden Love Temple" happened the 2nd time, the first time in Berlin.

Although David & Thorsten are experienced in many ways as Tantric Teachers and sexual Healers, the golden Love Temple is their Baby, the creation that expresses their personal taste between spirituality and sexuality.

Because of this, we were both very touched to see the Experiences and Transformations in the Group.

We came from a Summer Eros Retreat at Lychensee and a Ridical Faerie Gethering in Wannsee. So the Energy was already very high to bath a Group of 9 men in the "Golden Love Temple".
This special Space that means so much to us and that magically unfolds when we give Sessions or teach together.

Already the first sharing went very deep, we asked to bring up Topics and wishes about Healing and Transformation and the men shared very deep things after knowing a very short while, maybe 1hr.
This courage enables the Process of Transformation and healing in mystical and physical ways.

A man shared having a history with thousands of sexual encounters without sharing any intimacy, without having gay Friends in his life.

Other men were bisexual and not quite sure about what do they really want and need from other men.

One man lived bisexual for a long time and now wanted to go on 100% for his happy gay life.

Transformation, Beauty and Love happened in many ways.

I was very touched by the Chanellings of David, i was very surprised by my Partner Yoga Session that happened to be in a circle of 11 men.
I never liked Partner Yoga very much but this Session suddenly flew out of me.
As a channeling, one posture gave birth to the next to the next to the next.
Divine creativity sparkling into the group.

The Feedback was as beautiful as the Sessions itself :-)

Another Top Moment was a "Puppy Pile" on Saturday Night.
A Pile of naked Bodies woven into each other as a web of gay and bisexual men, without the intension of having sex, but feeling Skin Contact, Intimacy, breathing together, it seemed endless and timeless, nobody wanted to leave this amazing web of men.
Finding all the beautifull and intimate connection that you will not easy find in any Darkroom, Sauna or Sexclub.

These and many more moments made the weekend very deep and much to short, but on the other Hand a long Journey.

A Journey in which we became a brotherhood men that Love men, men that are not scared of intimacy and not scared of Spirituality but LOVE both and Life both.

Touched by our "The Golden Love Temple" Workshop, Berlin edition.

After our second edition of the Golden Love Temple workshop in Berlin I feel immensely grateful and honored for all the men that have poured their trust in our hands this weekend. In the end of these heart deepening experience I have felt more than ever that the essence of the Golden Love Temple was being experienced by our beloved men in he circle. This essence that was born as a dream out of the deepest core of our hearts for Thorsten and me.

We had dreamed of bridging sexuality and spirituality to expand both dimensions of our human experience to cut through the veil of separation of our sexual and love life to be able to meet with other of our beloved brothers in a real intimate place where our hearts are open and our senses and bodies naked. In trust, in love everything is possible any transformation and a change of our most destructive perceptions can be renewed.

One of the most touching statements of one of our man was "I have had sex with literately thousands of men here and there but actually I had no gay friends I have never experience a real intimacy with another men... I am feel moved by my experiences in this weekend and I learned that my way one is of self-love and self-acceptance"

And on the other end of the spectrum, another men commented " After this workshop I will take home the joy of life and having a body and enjoying this"

For me I learn to move more in the flow of life and of the moment, the structure that we create over the experiences of these weekend was malleable and flowing as the energy of the group was taking us and this allowed us all to have a greater expansive experience of our body and our divinity in the present moment, realizing in a very tangible manner that we are all interconnected that we in a level form part of a big body along with the Earth.
